I’m Tom, a product design and UX leader with 10 years of experience shaping complex digital products across enterprise, fintech, media, and civic technology. I specialize in turning complex systems, workflows, and data into intuitive experiences, integrating AI workflows throughout the design process from discovery through launch.

Currently, I lead product design at Xylem, bringing multiple applications into a unified platform for water, gas, and electric utilities. My previous work spans portfolio analytics for investment advisors, digital tools for presidential campaigns, and streaming services.
